False Reporting

So I just got falsely reported of using offensive language in a game... and i got a message that says "my behavior is not in line with..." but I didn't do anything... and when I asked the person why they reported me... they said because i was saying "accepting appologies". I said this because earlier in the game they called me "trash/shit/etc" and told me to "fuck off". So when I started to carry them... I said "accepting appologies"... I just don't want to get banned for something I didn't do. I have a long history of being a good teammate and a sportsman-like player. I don't think it's fair that I'm getting reported for things I didn't do and that could get me banned.

Good news, that comes up ANY TIME your reported, even if its 100% false. To be banned, a Rioter would look at ur logs, and if they are clean, nothing would happen.

You actually don't get the notification every time you're reported. It only happens after you've been reported too many times in a high percentage of your games. If we got notified for every report it would be pretty annoying.

But its it not the same as report Spamming? ragers are doing this to players who are trying the game i need this evidence and im not saying your right but its happening i swear......

False reports won't hurt you, but if you get a lot of reports you'll see that message. If you aren't doing anything wrong then you don't have anything to worry about.
