I just don't understand how is it that players get away with such obvious and blatant intentional feeding/trolling with no consequences what so ever...but if i say something as simple as "stop being an idiot troll," the very next couple games i receive a chat restriction...c'mon :/

intention feeding's consequence is 14-day ban for first punishment. of course they have to do it over a series of games.
It also shall not be confused with feeding due to being bad or having a bad day. Which is why it sometimes is harder to detect what is intentional feeding.
