perm ban

idk if anyone gives a fuck but i just wanna vent a little. so i was having a fun times ranking tonight iw as winning most of my games and managed to get into my promos i got a guy who int fed and lost me my promo game so i shrugged it off and continued to play another game. i got him on my team again anhd he proceeded to leave top after a failed gank and a solo death on his part let them run it down mid and tey to solo dragon while lvl 3 for 5 min so i get mad bc this is the second time he has done this adn call him a few mean thing but nothing that i should get perm banned for imo. so after the game we all report him for trolling and what ever i get no notification about anything then bam youve been perma fucking banned ... ive spent so much money on this game and player over 1000 games of ranked but hey that mean nothing sya one bad this perma banned. i really want to meat the support team and i want to know what goes thought their heads when they just give out perma banns for nothing.
