If I am permanently suspended, does that mean I'm done?

Hey guys,

I just want to ask a question, instead of waiting around clueless. I'm sure Riot have a legit reason to believe that I'm a toxic player to warrant a suspend on my account. I believe I'm guilty of being a jerk or a toxic player by not communicating with my teammate or communicate at all. I didn't thought this is a major offense. I just start learning about my situation right now. I thought anything is ok as long I don't harass other player or pick on player who is doing bad in game. I know that even pro get caught by enemy, so I don't ever blame them. Yea by me not communicating, it is a jerk move.

I just realized, right, it can affect others' record and influence point if my decision was a bad one. Sorry guys, In my mind, I didn't want to engage with any chatting activities because that is where most players can get ban from. I guess being silence is as worst as flaming.

Welp, I deserve it, I guess I took the warning for granted. But it's suck that if I got banned from troll reports. Like majority rule over minority. But, I'm sure that is the least I should worry about. I probably got suspended for a legit indirect reason.

Anyway, I don't want to keep you for too long. I got a notification saying I'm Permanently Suspended. Does that mean I'm done? Like don't bother, and just uninstall the game? I really love this game, I should take responsible for my action. I hope this doesn't happen to you guys If you love this game, don't take it for granted. I have not received the reform card to know the real reason why I'm being suspended.

I'm still waiting for a response on the support ticket. I would start afresh with a new account, but all those hard work on the runes and so. I don't think I could spend that much effort again. What do you guys think? Should I give up hope on this account? Does permanently suspended mean I'm done? I can still log in to board. Is that a good sign?

I just changed my email address, I noticed that this account was link to my old email. Because of this, I am unable to get my reform card to find out the reason for my account suspension. Is there a way to get the reform card? Support ticket is probably my only option right?
