i was just wondering if accounts can get banned for being boosted you can look at the pics and see that the kal games were good and everything before that is mehhh even when they play adc. plus ppl just dont pick up kal in 1 game lol and this is bronze elo.
it's funny to me that elo boosting is actually a thing. what's the point? just for the border? you're going to get your ass kicked all the way back down to the elo you belong in, anyway.

Yep, they'll get caught. Last season, Riot didn't seem to really crack down on it until later into the season, and I'm really hoping they'll make a push to crack down on it here in the first couple months of this season, too. People tend to feel a lot of pressure to do well in placements, so they seem to be a popular time for people to get boosted. On top of that, the soft reset results in a lot of people dropping a significant amount in rankings. It'd be very tempting for somebody who maybe worked hard to hit G5 last season, only to place into S5, to get a friend to pull them back up to where they left off so they don't lose all that progress they had made the previous season.

Well I can say something atest to this;
I have a friend of mine who smurfs with me on occasions. He's not AMAZING, but when we duo bottom as Luc/Bard scores like this happen sometimes. I can say that while he COULD be boosting, maybe he just had a good friend hang out bottom and set up lane dominance.
But what do I know? :T I'm just saying that from my perspective.
In the past 7 games I have won every game playing as elise. Now, I didn't do outrageously good like this kalista did, but I did have 2 people playing with me that I sinergized very well with which ended in us winning every game. I'm not saying this guy didn't boost, but it is very hard to boost when you are just playing by yourself, especial in bronze (even though they are stupid in bronze). You should look at the players that were on the same team as this Kalista and see if she is playing with someone or more than one person (since they came out with dynamic queue) if shes qued with other people, you should check their rank and their games played as well, and it will easily come to the conclusion if they are truly boosting or not.
If you want to report somebody for something that you can't postgame, you can submit a support ticket with any information that may be useful. Just remember that while they will mention they are investigating, you won't be informed of the results of anything for privacy concerns.
