I GOT PERMA BANNED?!?!?!?

Me and a friend got banned too, and were not toxic or a trolls... I don't understand the system for a ban completely but i believe that people are getting banned for no reason. For crying out loud I play ranked and they're are some toxic people and I've seen a few of them multiple times, and reported them for toxic behavior, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! So if i maybe had 1 or 2 games at the most over the course of my whole league of legends account history where i was way too toxic then i don.t believe that's fair, because i certainly don't do it on a constant basis!

P.S. There was no warning or other punishments prior to my perma-ban yet i can't log in to see the reasoning behind my permanent ban. I am very upset with how they went about this and am disgusted by the process used in banning my account! With this being said, I would very much appreciate a reasoning behind my punishment, as i am not able to log in to see.
