Account banned literally same day after 2 week suspension ended WTF.

So i played a few games on a smurf i created and coz the account was old and bad mmr i climbed from b4 to s3 in like 2 weeks. I played about 3 games with a friend (who is silver 2) and we lost all 3. I don't mind coz it was just for fun and we actually played really well but unfortunately we couldn't carry 3 lanes who fed. But anyways i played 1 game without him and got salty when we lost so i said a few things to my teammates like youre bad, dont play this role, what are you doing, etc nothing extremely toxic. Surprisingly i got a 2 week ban for that. I copped the 2 week ban and said w/e i'll just make a new account. Now the 2 week ban ended and as i log in it said that my account has been banned for another 2 weeks and it didn't give a reason as to why lmao. It makes no fucking sense to ban an account that literally just got off a ban. Has this ever happened to anyone ever before? This is extremely unfair.

Anything that can get you a chat restriction can get you permabanned after a 14 day ban. The question you have to ask is what you said worthy of a chat restriction.

get him to send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and see what happened.

Or you could've just not been toxic in the first place... People who are toxic get pissed when their rights are revoked? Have i been toxic? Yes... we all are at one point or another but the fact you got a suspension shows, either you were toxic more than just that one game or the thing you said "nothing extremely toxic" is more than likely false.

I've found that chat is just a way for people to incite you into saying something so they can report you. Best to just invite them to a discord and say your peace there.
