I haven't met many adults that actively call people %$^&$@#s in public. Mostly teenagers. You're not so different really.

Although the normal progression of punishments for behavior follows this escalation path:
Depending on the severity of the offense it is possible to skip over some of these steps and go straight to the 14 Days Account Suspension or even get a permanent suspension for a first offense in extreme and repeated cases.
The reason for this is that Riot have a zero-tolerance policy for extreme negative behavior, the use off extremely offensive language and remark made towards other players in the game. This includes Hate Speech such as sexism, religious intolerance, bigotry, racism,etc. i.e. you calling players "%%%got"
This is the reason why you have skipped the previous punishments.

You thought wrong. The League community has zero tolerance for that sort of thing. Given that your next punishment will be a permaban, you may wish to consider this.
I think that both adults and children would not care to hear your language in-game.

There's these things called "Good Manners" and "Self-control". I recommend reading up and practicing them.
I wonder what would happen if you go around your school calling strangers %%%gots. Try that at your work place, and maybe on the streets as well. I think the result would amuse you.

This thread is just making Riot's case against you much stronger.
You sign away your freedom to insult people in the game when you click "Accept" the moment you first sign into the client. You are violating your end of the agreement. Considering how lenient Riot has been with me...... I can't imagine all of the things you must have said. 0_0
