I was flamed and then Perma banned for replying to toxic player.

I was paying a game of League of Legends, trying to practice my Rengar jungle. We had a Kog'Maw top who was feeding and losing lane to a Heimer. Due to my knowledge on the game, I knew not to gank a heimer lane and the guy flames me has hard as he can. I come to gank and his lane the heimer outplays and gets a double kill. From then on the game went to shit and everyone started feeding...The guy continuously flames me up to the 15 minute mark and then I tell him that he is mad and bad. I then go into all chat and ask everyone to report him because he generally made my playing experience just miserable to the point that I couldn't stand it anymore. What I didn't know was that he had a trio of with him and that they all planned on reporting me (They told me so after the game ). So after the game i ask everyone on the enemy team to report him and shortly 5 minutes later, My acc is permanently banned and I'm sitting here furious that this is Riots idea of a punishment system. If some Rioter or any summoner out there can come and give me an explanation for this ( Pro tip : They can't ) that would be lovely. Aside from that, after 4 years of playing this game and trying my hardest to be as non toxic and fun based as I can, I'm retiring this game. Sorry for any grammatical mistakes, I'm outraged that this is what Riot considers " Justice ".

You did not get a permanent ban for JUST THAT. And while that is rough, and I'm sorry you had that experience, you also had three other punishments, meaning that this was simply the cap on the punishment cake.

If you weren't toxic before, maybe you got perma-banned for something else, look for your reform card.

If you were banned for toxicity, well, you were on super thin ice already.

The system is fucked indeed, but fucked or not, to even get on the system's radar then get permabanned from it, after a while it stops being "The system is out to get me." and you are just toxic.

Always these QQ posts made by players still sitting in shitelo after 4 years of playing... [zombie-brand-clap] I feel like everyone doesn't even tell the full truth when posting about getting banned. Sorry, but no sympathy.

I really don't feel like replying too all the new comments, I could copy paste the chat log but I didn't think you guys would honestly believe some bullshit lol. And too the guy who posted a book, It's good to know that you're a gullible goat that will believe anything a higher up will tell you. I'm pretty sure Rioters don't handle permabans friend. I'm honestly never gonna touch this game again, good riddance! I have no reason to prove that I'm the innocent party and I really dont care because my account is already permabanned. I have nothing to gain from getting a couple of people who sit on the boards all day to believe me.

Permanent bans aren't handed out by an automated system. Each one is done on a case by case basis by a Riot employee. Furthermore, instant permanent bans are only reserved for the most extreme cases so either you had plenty of second chances before this one or you're being dishonest about what you said in that game.
