Permabanned for griefing without any prior bans?

So I was permanently banned, with no email info given, this happened about 5 days ago, and I made a support ticket, where they said I was banned for griefing/feeding even though I've never had a ban before, only the smallest chat restriction. I'm not sure what to do in this situation, the only thing I can think of that I did wrong was IP farming for a day during the boost, just to get 2 Wukong and Azir, but that was with a full 5 and we asked the other team if they were okay with it so idk how that deserves a ban. Thoughts?

You got a permanent suspension because at least one player reported you and triggered a review of your matches and in-game behavior.

If you choose to try to game the system again, at least check for clarification on the Boards or in a ticket first. People can say one thing (or not say anything at all) and then report ya after the fact. Here's an excerpt from the Riot Games Support Knowledge Base:

Regardless of the circumstances, behaviors such as in-game taunting; harassment, offensive remarks, intentionally feeding, etc., will be reported by the community and if warranted punished by the Instant Feedback System.

So you intentionally lost matches in order to take advantage of the IP boost? I might be wrong but intentionally losing, regardless of 5 man premade or not, is against the rules.

i dont think intentionally losing (with 5 premades) is against the rules, friends of mine kinda did the same to "abuse" the ip boost and none of them got banned yet.

maybe you did feed a lot on purpose? or troll/grief.

and yes it is possible to get a permabann right away without getting the other penaltys first. but i only heard about someone like that once. who got perma right away. his chatlogs were so toxic, a mod closed the thread and said "nothing to discuss here anymore" lol

If the enemy team lied about being okay with you intentionally losing, then I think that's entrapment (I don't think, it is) and I think that the punishment should not be permanent. The punishment does not fit the crime. Since you were with a 5 man premade of course. Have you contacted support and explained?

Chances are though, they won't take it off. Sorry bud :/
