The player who was forced support with me complained as much as I did, but tried to go support to placate the team. didn't rage at him once cause I understood he was in an off role and had to panic pick when he realized his role was taken. I sent this along to riot support, but the guy pretty much ignored us all pre game lobby, then profusely apologized in game. But that's the thing. That's what trolls do now. They feign ignorance to get away with instalocking and since people do not want to bother to formally report them through a ticket, nothing is done.
It's also a little weird that you're giving the person who instalocked the benefit of the doubt. Seems like because I was banned you do not trust my telling of the story. Furthermore, you say no proof, but what proof am I supposed to provide? You aren't riot, so I am not obligated to prove anything to you, I am talking about a general trend in the way people are trolling and using my anecdotal experience as an example. Even if what I was saying is fictitious (which it isn't) the question is whether you have had a similar experience. If you have, then you can agree. If you haven't then you cast skepticism. The fact that you decided instead to take a pedantic tone is exactly what is wrong with the culture of the game.People like you get to act holier than thou because you believe in some way you are not toxic. But you are. Riot just doesn't punish you for it. Everyone has a bit of toxicity in them. Everyone can be better. Instead of engaging with people in a pedantic manner, maybe hear them out and feel free to disagree. But instead you will continue doing what you're doing.
