Been good, i myself havn't raged, YET I still cannot get Hextech Boxes

About 2 months ago (give or take 2 weeks) i was somehow Chat restricted, yet I'm usually not a salty player. Now, I like Hextech Boxes BUT since my chat restriction ended 5 weeks ago, I have retained most if not all my rage.I don't even chat that much. I know there is a reform period, which has no set time period, but i feel like RIOT has just ignored people who are in this same predicament. I want to start getting boxes and keys again but a random chat restriction that i don't know where it came from has stopped me. Riot I'm getting really sad that i can't continue to get some surprise loot. Can i please be off my reform? If i did rage, i know when i get pissed, but I'm sorry. This also goes out to anyone else who has been on Reform for forever and has seen no change.
