i got a 14 ban okay !!

okay so i got a 14 day ban i dont flame or troll i play like ONLY on my weekends like on Friday and Saturday a max of 4 to 5 game in my weekends i like wtf why did i get a 14 day ban i spend like 200+ dollar on my acc and it is my only acc i have like 3 Egyptians trolling premades who were saying bad words in Arabic ( yes i know Arabic) they were say lets feed and then go afk i just reply to then (what good will u get for doing that ) u started saying bad words in Arabic and use the MISSING ping on me the WHOLE game like wtf RIOT u dont get players like this i played like 5 games on Friday and at night i got a ban for 14 like have u see my history where i have a trolling MID cass with 6 dark seals where is the JUSTICE here ?? i dont use chat much only with my REAL LIFE friends WHO dont use Skype or discord i just ay bad word to them as FUN JOKE becuz we are FRIENDS but u dont ban players who troll/afk ?? is trolling and going afk a SPORTSMANSHIP and saying bad words isnt did the system judge me just for using bad word like "%%%" or "kys" to my friend i do even type much or but i have NEVER trolled i dont go afk but my net does crash sometimes and i do say it to the team that i have bad connection some time i can have a lever buster okay but a BAN isnt okay to me i try my best i SUPPORT THIS game by USE half my MONEY on skin and loot box but if i get a prema ban i want my money back this is not FAR troll and afk can running around messing up others game how does the system judge a PLAYERS BEHAVIOR ??i need to know i know that after my 14 day ban is over 1 more mistake or bad word/report my acc is done for and that means i WASTED my money
