Permaban/unban

Hello guys im here asking something directly from riot, i have a friend that got banned perma for flaming and i mean yeah he pretty much deserved it at that time but i gotta tell you why not give a second chance like a 2 week tryout or a month tryout to see if he is reformed? i feel bad for him tbh he spent hundreds of € and still no chance of showing that he is reformed? yes permaban is permaban and no second chances and shit but cmon give back to the comunity im not asking just to give him a chance but to give a chance to all permabanned ppl that might be reformed have a nice day on the rift.

His chat restriction & 14 days suspension in the past are considered his 2nd chances. Tell your friend he blew it.

actualy he didnt get 14 day for flaming he and i got 14 day at the same time when we inted in a normal game in a full premade team xD idk how we got it but ok i didnt rly cared for that cause it was a fair one

I meant he got a 14 days suspension BEFORE he got permabanned, just as you stated here:

he and i got 14 day at the same time

If that's the case, his next punishment WILL be a permaban, so there's nothing wrong here. He had his 2nd chance.

true he did get 14 days but for a diferent reason i thought riot cared about the real reason he got 14 days but thats not the point he deserved the permaban cause he was toxic af and i support riot on that. was just appealing for a second chance at it to show that he is reformed

Was he reformed after he got his 14 days suspension? I don't think so.

Just saying "I'm reformed" after getting multiple punishments with no progress of improving his behavior at all does not get his account back. Tell your friend to either quit or just make a new account. He won't be taking it back, "appeal" doesn't work if there's already strong evidence of his repeated toxicity offences.

If you got a 14 day ban, it means either you got 2 chat restricts or your toxicity warranted the skip to 14-day ban. Only way that happens is by using slurs and "kys" which are never acceptable.

Riot actually tried a program once where they gave permabanned players a chance to prove they were reformed. It overwhelmingly failed. Somewhere on the order of >95% of the players who were given a "second chance" ended up being re-banned on those same accounts, and Riot subsequently ended the program. Statistically speaking, the vast majority of players do not progress from one punishment to the next, and the ones who do will do so no matter how many chances you give them.
