Hello guys im here asking something directly from riot, i have a friend that got banned perma for flaming and i mean yeah he pretty much deserved it at that time but i gotta tell you why not give a second chance like a 2 week tryout or a month tryout to see if he is reformed? i feel bad for him tbh he spent hundreds of € and still no chance of showing that he is reformed? yes permaban is permaban and no second chances and shit but cmon give back to the comunity im not asking just to give him a chance but to give a chance to all permabanned ppl that might be reformed have a nice day on the rift.

His chat restriction & 14 days suspension in the past are considered his 2nd chances. Tell your friend he blew it.

14 days ban is the second chance.

Riot actually tried a program once where they gave permabanned players a chance to prove they were reformed. It overwhelmingly failed. Somewhere on the order of >95% of the players who were given a "second chance" ended up being re-banned on those same accounts, and Riot subsequently ended the program. Statistically speaking, the vast majority of players do not progress from one punishment to the next, and the ones who do will do so no matter how many chances you give them.
