can u give me the reason/chatlog for my 2 week ban

If you are 14 day banned and can't log in to see your reform card(chat logs) that usually means that the punishment was a from a manual review from riot. That also usually means that it isn't chat related.
You will need to submit a support ticket if you want more info.
As SmokedAlmonds mentioned, it is probably a manual punishment.
Either trolling, int feeding, and out of game toxicity are the most common reasons.
