First ban permanent?

I like to joke around, however my humor is different. I find humor in rude jokes. So I was in a game with a kat that I got placed in a game with before. I asked her "why do you main kat Ms.noskill" and their team reports me. I was already having a bad day, losing almost every single game. This game then becomes one of those dance in from of the enemy games. So everyone is having fun, dancing around. Then Katrina comes in and kills me. Yeah, I deserve it and I take the one kill. But it continues happening, and I of course get angry and start flaming. I got reported, I come online this morning to see that i was permanently suspended. I was expecting to be suspended, but not permanently since it was my first ban. I sent riot an email, and I would like to know if there is anything else I can try to do to lower the suspension to 1 week or 1 month. If so, please tell me.

Once you get perma banned Riot only overturns it if there was a technical error on their end. There's nothing you can do besides starting a new account.

There are three possibilities for this:

It was something other than behavior. Some, like using 3rd party software, are unlikely to get reversed. Others, such as a chargeback for an RP purchase, can be restored after paying it off.
Manual escalation. An account may get a manual audit and some times it results in a higher ban level than the automated system would habve given,
The permaban wasn't your first restriction and you ignored them.

If it was a mistake, submit and ticket and you have a chance.

Finding humor at other's expense, though, makes it sound like they meant to ban you, and it'll stick. Sarcastic humor is much less effective with people you don't know at all, for future reference.

What you need to do is vote with your wallet. Don't give them any money ever. Only buy things with free IP and not with RP. Just make new accounts to 30 for free. Takes little time and then their punishments have no consequence. You don't lose anything because you have nothing invested. PLUS soon you'll be able to earn skins for free through the reward system so there is literally no reason to ever give this company your hard earned dollars again.

please PLEASE chatlogs i never saw someone get a permabann right away i really want to see the chatlogs. cant even imgaine what they have to be like
