Stop the bullying, and the permabans

Riot, the easiest way to stop all of this shit is to simply not allow the person to send the message if it has a cuss word. It is that fucking easy. You guys allow us to cuss, and then ban us just for the money. If you guys really did care, you would set it up so we couldn't send a message with bad language in it, or have it censored for everyone. Why do you even have a option to take off the chat censorship? That is so much bullshit. You guys let us cuss in the game, but yet, you will still ban us even if we cuss. I got 2 permabans in my belt just because I was venting, not because I was being rude to people. I am mad right now because i played a game with some idiots who were bullying me, calling me names, putting me down, and saying stuff like kill yourself, tie a noose around your neck, etc. Obviously, if Riot wanted to promote reforming, they would stop people from using sentences/words like Kill yourself, You're a fucking retard, You are shit, etc.
