I don't have a problem with never getting the money back i've spent on league, but I do have a problem with the threshold of toxicity this community has.

There's a mute button for a reason, and 99% of everyone who play this game is on pins and needles waiting to report like its some kind of cop out for needing to play correctly/getting better/ or being held responsible (for something in-game).

Like my recent perma-ban because a dude insta-locked 5th pick kindred jungle completely countered, when he had no intention of playing correctly (in a ranked match) I am not justifying my logic because of this other player, but I really don't think I was so toxic to this community as a whole that PERMANENTLY BANNING me is necessary.

I am not excluding myself from being toxic, as I was completely hurtful and would take back most of my words.

but mind you, I am arguing with ONE guy who is repeatedly saying in ALL CAPS how "KATARINA IS THE REASON WE LOST" "REPORT KAT" (which was me) and while trying to win, keep a cool head and not tilt, I end up arguing with this guy, and getting perma-banned.

I get that its a progressive accumulative system that stacks against me, but this ban is unfair and being someone whose been playing for years and who got their friends into this game who all currently play and spend money on it, is not right.

I cussed a couple times, and indirectly insulted someones skill and grieved..... So I never deserve to play this game again?

Muting and chat filters aren't a free pass to harass other players; players shouldn't have to cut off chat functions to enjoy the game. You spent the entire game insulting your team, and threatened people with reports. Is that supposed to make them play better? More likely it makes them play worse.

You say you were being harassed by another player, but why didn't you mute them? Your report against them is still valid if you mute them, but you don't have to listen to it more than once. Instead you make things worse, not only for that player, but for yourself and the entire team. Take your own advice.

You spent the entire game being an ass. Mute is meant to be a temporary solution, not a permanent one. I know I wouldn't want to play with you based on that chatlog.

You can play again whenever you feel up to it, you just have to start over from scratch on a new account and grind out all your champs and runes again. If that seems intolerably taxing for you, well, that's the point. It's hard enough to grind this stuff out once, so the thought of doing it a second time is supposed to either keep you from being banned, or keep you from coming back when you DO get banned.

(Unless you want to spend a ton of RP on champions.)

At any rate, you at least admit that you were in the wrong too. That already makes you better than many threads we see here.

you are more than welcome to start a new account.

Also, understand that everyone can scream for reports and actually report someone. But that doesn't mean that particular report will get you punished.

When reported, the system checks whether the report is a valid report, by check speech and behavior. If found to be invalid, the report will be thrown out.

So you don't need to be that agitated when someone screams to report you. Even if you were doing bad, as long as you were trying to win, then your feeding isn't intentional.

Keep in mind, the way you react negativity to someone screaming to report you is the reason why phishing for reports is considered harassment.

Eitherway, you weren't exactly the nicest person. People being bad is typically the reason why people rage in the first place. You just need to understand that 55% win rate will get you to climb. It's OK to loose 45%.
