People gank reporting you is not ok

So im in this normal level 10 match...and i called adc, some dudes say they are premade and want to bot, i leave them bot...trying to be nice, so i pick the char i bought like 15 mins ago, Xayah, trying to learn her...and i go mid. I was vs leblanc on lane and we killed eachother the first time, but then she killed me once, so she was 2/1..at this moment i call for our jungler's help..seeing and knowing i will not win the lane vs leblanc with xayah..and he refused to come. I asked nicely, like.."i need help please come here"..he trolled me and actually went top to gank, and then i got tower dived by leblanc...just rektd and the bot premades + this lee started to become really toxic towards me. I just couldn't lane anymore since i was insta destroyed by this 4 lvls ahead leblanc, and i would just sit under tower, and she tower dived me and killed me at tower anyway..even by this time i still got no help.. So we lost obviously, i was the blame for all the losing in the entire match and they just gank reported me and even persuaded the enemy team into reporting me cuz of "inting" ..i never did that, i was just so behind that i couldn't do anything lol, like literally. I got troll, they were toxic..and i still get insta banned after the match. This is not normal lol.

Talk to support through a ticket, but I find it strange that you're claiming that you bought the champion 15-min before the match and were trying to learn her when your previous game was also with her (and you played well).

Hi, so first of all I want to help clear up a misconception.

The number of reports doesn't impact if you're given a punishment. Whether it's one report, or nine, the IFS will scan the game, and checked for negative behavior. If it finds any, then a punishment will be applied, even if it's just a small, unseen one that contributes to a penalty later.

It's unlikely that if you were just having a bad game, that the system would have issued you an immediate ban. Were you given a report card after the match? If so, what did it contain? It's hard for us to help you understand why you were banned when you haven't given us all the information.

If that really is all that happened, and you said nothing negative in reply, and did not intentionally feed, you should submit a ticket to Riot support: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and explain the situation.

Well post your chatlogs/reform card if you want us to discuss your punishment.

Can't talk about anything unless we know more.

Also, mass reports don't get punished any faster than 1 report. The system is purposely programmed that way to prevent premade teams from abusing that poor solo dude.
