can roit punish noobs?

last night get restricted for 25 games and just after purchesed 2200 rps of skins and i cannot fall asleep the whole nt . i shoudl say good job riot.

what i dunt under stand is . if i win like 900 normal games . pretty much sure each time i play normal i get to team with guys who only win like 300 games and on the opposite each member on my opponents team win like 500-600 hundrend games. in other words, i can win my lane easily but all other lanes in me team just get raped and as a result we lost the whole game.Most likely i will lose 3-4 or even more games in a roll to win the first game of the day. i guess i am not the only one have this problem

their is a reason faker didnt make it to s4, cause he cannot 1 v 5 most of the time. so dunt say if you r good enough you can always carry on your own. one people in you team is weak thats fine but if 3 or more people in your team wait to be carried trust me, only if you r god then u can suffer the whole game.

normally i try not to flame others. but i just dun believe any concious people will feed like 0/4 in 10 min but the problem is i always team with noobs like this . they say people have bad day. but for god sake, if they team me with noobs like this all the time, its not about bad day it is the system get problems and dun use it as excuse riot!!!!

so what i dunt under stand is after i just remind them not to feed or just say play safe they say me %%%%s and i flame back in the end i am the bad guy. COME ON riot u team dun do your work to stop bad people from hunting good people and just punish the good people when they really cannot bear the frastration of losing all the time.

From this point on i wont purchase any RPs cause we dun use our money to help those people who dun do their work. but really, if riot care about thoso who want to win and carry games, at least do something. what i recommened is at least dun team people with many wins with those who dun play often cause the good ones deserve a better game that at least the jgs at least knows to gank and sups knows to buy sightstones( which i have to say i dun often team with in normals), i am welling to wait for 5 min to enjoy at least a reasonable game. rather than wait for 2 min to shit for the rest half an hour. In addition, its really annoying to send people they r warned after every game cause i received warrning sometimes even after i used good words. so pls make sure the warnings r for real issues. in the last. if riot u guys really lazy. pls not team me with those i reported and blocked again and again so at least i know i wont be their team mates any more. the phones can have black list date back to 10 years ago, why cannot they just do a bit tiny work to stop people from suffering

after such long article i get to work with out sleep and today i get to work to 10. i dun know if i can make it. so if you read it pls spread it and let riot staff members see it .

How much RP you buy doesn't give you free license to berate teammates because of how they may/may not play. Being in Bronze you're best bet isn't to call anyone 'noob' - you're all noobs. So am I and I'm S2.

You spending Rp doesn't affect Riot punishing you for your behavior in games.

You winning 900 games actually DOES NOT PROVE ANYTHING. I am exaggerating but let's say if you won 900 games after playing 9000 games, your win rate is only a mere 10%, and people can have 300 wins buy have only played 400, meaning their win rate is 75%. The number of games won actually does NOT show anything.

Again, I am a diamond player with only 300 normal wins, does that mean I am bad or inexperienced? I think not.

You're in a game right now. You have the most wins on your team; your team's average number of wins is 491.2. The enemy team's average number of wins is 471.6. This seems pretty fair to me.

In any case, normal games are inherently going to be thrown off by someone being higher skill or lower skill than everyone else in the game. This is a natural consequence of a game mode where there are no restrictions on how many people can queue up together or how far apart in MMR they can be. The matchmaking algorithm does its best, and it accomplishes its job well enough for what you're trying to do: get into a game with some random people. If you want more balanced teams, you need to play ranked. That's what it's there for. (At least until solo queue is replaced by the new team builder.)
