Report Issue

Have you guys played games where someone is obviously toxic, feeding then afk's. You're instinct is to report them. But you don't always get that report confirmation. So whats is wrong with the reporting box. Can you int til 10 deaths then play the game? Do you have to be toxic all game long to be reported? Do you afk for only 5 minutes in a 45 minute game? I will like to know what makes you're report valuable. It seems to me if I report someone who dies 8 times has no kills or assists then afks. That wont make them get a suspension. Or you wont be the confirmation the summoner got punished. I will like to know when they get punished, it makes me have more faith in the report system. I will like to know how you guys would like to know if you're teammates got punished.
