Perm banned because Riot needs a real report/ban system

I was just permanently banned on a 5 year old account for apparently being "toxic". If the Tribunal or Riot actually watched the games and looked into their reports they would realize there was a reason i said some things that may not have been the nicest but when your bot lane gets double killed bottom at level 2 and blames you for it when you haven't even had enough time to make it to your blue buff coming straight from red buff. Apparently in this game, you get banned for asking someone to 1v1 you if all their going to do is talk shit, criticize you and spam you for something they did wrong. This player called me "trash" and a "autistic bronzie" all game because of what happened at level 2 that i couldn't do anything about. I'm pretty sure autism isn't something to joke about in anyway. I learned to not be toxic after my 1 day and 3 day bans, then i get 2 week bans for telling kids that I'm not dealing with them talking shit all game and mute them. Now I get perm banned for being called autistic all game? I'm sure 99% of this community wouldn't have taken being called autistic all game. Kids in this community report people when they don't receive anything but the nicest compliment possible and Riot lets them get away with it.

Riot needs to take the time to make sure what banning for is ban worthy, I've spent hundreds of dollars, thousands of hours on this game that could've been on a different MOBA with a better community that cares about their players and actually gives back to their supporters, not jew them out of everything they've worked for in the past 5 years. 5 years in this community and a total of 4 bans in total gets me permanently banned? Over 2500 games and I get banned for not being the nicest team mate ever in 5 of 2500+ games? Seems legit.

Why not have a CSGO like ban system? Let the community decide, let people watch the games and see why people get a little toxic. Not everyone in the world gets along with everyone... Stop just slapping bans on people that aren't playing the game to troll and get people mad for fun.

I don't think it's right that I receive punishment for being calm and getting called autistic all game. I'd like to be unbanned but I'm sure Riot wont take the time to look into this either.

Retaliation is almost never a reasonable reaction to other toxic players. The player you are retaliating against probably wants to see you get upset. When you get into an argument you are just creating new problems for the other players, and the trolls will just egg you on even more. The best thing to do is just mute them and report their behavior. If you don't respond with toxicity then their reports won't do anything.

Ya but the problem with that is you say one word in chat and they report you for it, you don't have to say anything rude to them. You type once and that instantly gives them a chat log for Riot to look at to see that i didn't compliment the player or give some kind of informational comment. Like i said in the post 99% of this community would respond unkindly to the comments this player was making.

False reports get thrown out and will not hurt you, so unless your "one word in chat" is toxic, then it doesn't matter that they report you.

Actually they don't. Only a very small percentage of players act this way. Even if you choose to believe everyone else does it, that still doesn't make it ok.

What's that? The chat log that only shows what I said lol, real convenient... maybe they should provide demos for the game with full chat log for people to watch so you'd understand lol

Also, where were my chat restrictions of 100+ games? I know people that have had chat restriction for 125 games, that's much more reasonable than a perm ban

You haven't known anyone to get a chat restriction of more than 25 games in the past 6 months. The hundreds of chat restrictions didn't get people to actually change, so they did away with it.

The Punishment system don't work that way anymore. Its only by a 4 tier system

10 game Chat restrict
25 Game Chat restrict
14-day ban
Permaban

it's not gunna change jack shit in the first place lol, Riot couldnt do it the 1st time around, why would they do it the second time?

You are right, it is extremely unlikely to change anything. That is because it is most likely deserved. The system makes very few errors.

You may disagree over what deserves to be punished or that your excuses are valid, but that doesn't change anything. So you can post them and we can discuss what you did or you can continue to refuse leaving this thread just an empty complaint.

Now you're threatening to leave, but make quite a tantrum filled scene on your way out. If you're serious about it, do it. Don't try getting in a last word or something goofy like that. Let me put things in perspective for you.

Everyone has had a troll in their game. Everyone has had a feeder in their game. Everyone has had a flamer in their game.

Yet the vast majority of players haven't gotten a chat restriction while dealing with these things. None of the dozen or so people I play with has ever gotten a chat restriction. To push past all the warnings the system gives you and get permabanned? How? Why? That's what I (and many here) don't understand. We understand frustration and anger, we don't understand typing it out when you know the consequences.
