first time posting on boards so i just want to say hi for the first.

so i just played a normal blind pick. i wanted to play adc so i called it and i was first ( i was the first one into the room so i saw everyone join and what they wrote ). Then i picked sivir and locked in. theyre where a premade of 2 that said they wanted bot after i called and locked so i said that i called first and that they sould respect pick order. Then they started to talk about going top and leting me go solo bot and they picked Ashe and Janna and locked in. I said that i cant go solo and needed a support, they said that it was the "new meta" and that i would go bot. i spawned in and was on my way bot when Janna said this in all chat "Report sivir for instalocking and trolling". i explained the situation. Then i see that Janna goes top so i turned around and started to walk top when Jana and Ashe started to dance at first mid tower. i walked to janna and waited to see where she was going becuse i was the one to call adc and adc so i wanted a support even if we where going top or bot. then minions spawned and no one moved. so i started to go top to not lose to much farm then Janna said "get rekt sivir" and i was pretty salty becuse this was the second game in a row that somthing like this happend so i wrote in all chat " " Get rekt Sivir" - Janna 2015 ". short after Janna started to sound like she dident do anything and said somthing like "what xD". i went top against a yasuo and it went pritty well. but we lost the game becuse of graves being able to 2 shot anyone becuse we where all squisy. then when we tryed to surrender they wouldent do it, they where trying to make our expreians even worse then they already had. then i was when we lost i was going to report them but ofcourse my client died and i needed to restart it so i dident get the end game screen. sooo i dont know how people like this can get punished or if they even sould get punished from riots point of view.

i dont actually know if im on the right side but i just wanted to say this somewhere.

If anyone reported them over it, then it will count against them.

It's worth pointing out that while you're in the right to insist on call/pick order, there's nothing that dictates that the bot lane needs to be the duo lane, or that the support needs to stick with the ADC instead of any other player.

In my opinion, yes you are on the right side, i deal with players like this all the time, and they deserve whatever saltiness they get, but i get reported by them if i say anything, so i have to keep my mouth shut or 2 reports vs my 1 report on the duo, mine gets outweighed because the report system is not fair when it comes to groups vs solo queue.

Sucks that we have to deal with these kinds of players, and it sucks even more knowing that their vote as a group will outweigh your one report on the 2 of them, so the best thing to do , is to try your best in whatever lane you get shoved into, and to try to keep quiet and don't insult them.

I had a match one day where i was on a team with a trio of trolls on one for all, i had to go top alone vs 2 Leblancs, and the moment i asked for help our jungler goes "it's 4 minutes in, stop whinning" so i said id'e be reporting him for that mentality then they all begin to type in all chat saying that im AFK or that 'im verbally abusing them when i wasn't even typing anything at all, and every time id'e base to buy an item they'd say to report me for AFK again, this continued through the whole match and all it took all i had in me to not say anything outrageous to these punk idiot trolls, we still ended up winning the match because we were Wukong, but they all ended up instantly leaving and not even reporting me, but i sure as hell reported them for trolling, i never got 1 bit of help the whole match in my lane, and i still ended up going positive and pushing both towers down, and all they did was troll and be assholes.

Really bites that these duos and trios can do whatever they please because group reports outweigh solo reports, hopefully riot will realize this and respond accordingly. Your best bet is to just not type to them and try your best to win the match even though you will more than likely lose with a duo like that, and if they try to get you reported, say that you aren't doing anything wrong and then keep playing, if riot reviews the reports then they'll hopefully see you didn't do anything.

Riot Really does need to address the issue with troll premades in soloQ. What would be <-AMAZING-> Is if you CANNOT que a group for soloq, only 3v3 5v5 team builders etc. SoloQ is called solo for a reason. not DuoQ.

I would say neither of you were really in the right. Both sides were being selfish and inflexible and let that blow up the entire game.

The meta is not a requirement(though I do often wonder if it should be or at least require team agreement to break it, at least the basic top, mid jungle, 2 bot structure). They can go duo top and leave you solo bottom and there is nothing explicitly wrong with that. Although it certainly isn't ideal for anyone involved.

Honestly, you should have dodged when they picked those champions. The team obviously wasn't jiving in champ select and what transpired in the game seems like it was easily predictable

I would say, "Troll premades in soloQ are the worst", buts it was a normal game, man. It wasn't a ranked, chill. Normals is meant to have fun, not to try hard. That's why its a "normal".
