First punishment of year 14 day ban, Riot claiming I had punishments from a period I never played

So Riot said I had a ban on 8/08/17 but if you look at my match history

She wrote

The punishment escalates as you continue to behave negatively. From what I can see, you received a chat restriction prior to this on 8/08. The escalation here follows the IFS punishment path.

Only games I played this year were months ago in March 20:57 3/16/2017

After march I returned the 16th of August

I had no ban this year and I was instantly given a 14 day ban and my language in the match was not that severe there was some chaos due to a 4 man premade bullying & flaming me and I did say some bad things back to them but I in no way was going around raging & flaming for fun. I admit I behaved poorly but I said I felt the 14 day ban was excessive.

In the past I got a 14 day ban when nothing bad happened in a match then Riot repealed it but that was like 2 years ago and they repealed it instantly after my ticket. This time because I did say a few bad things I admit that but first punishment of year for 1 single game and a 14 day ban? Then they tell me I was muted this year on a date where I hadn't played for 5 months before and for 2 weeks after? It isn't possible that I got muted that day they claim.

Two things could’ve happened. They either typoed the date, or made a mistake.

Point out the match history in the ticket. People make mistakes - give them a chance to correct this before going and trying to shame them.

Further, it could be due to the fact you played very sporadically since 8/8 last year. For that reason, your account likely did not fall down a punishment level. It takes about 3 months of active playing to fall down a level.

riot doesnt give a single damn, i get bullied by premades all the time and they all gang up and report you and you just have to take it. they dont actually check the reports its an automated system. Ive been banned for two weeks after 1 game for this same reason.
