The Broken Punishment System

Ok so I'm here to discuss a topic that a lot of us can relate too. The broken punishment system and a few other things in League of Legends. I will or might be using personal stories and others friends stories as well as things that annoy me and many others. 1 being punished for leaving a game in the before game lobby due to the fact that someone has said that they will troll and ruin the game for everyone. 2 the report system rarely works and just about everyone knows this. this has led to many people believing that there will be no consequences for there toxic and awful actions and makes league of legends saltyer than a Mc Donald's meal and feels hopeless sometimes for players who stay on there best behavior .
