I got permanently banned,but It's not my fault! Let me tell you a quick story.

My friend (<nope> his summoner name) wanted to play on my account to try some champions that he doesn't own,and like a idiot that I am i leted him.While he was playing I was outside and after i came back i saw that i got last 2 games where "I " was very toxic and had like 50 messages in last two games.I had warnings from riot before and I promised myself never to be toxic,negative or feed on purpose.I know how all these guys complain ''I lost my account and spent so much money and time boohoo!!!".I think it was fair for me to be banned BEFORE becuse I was very toxic but i have now changed after my bans,and this time it's not my fault.

You are responsible for anything that happens on your account. You are the one who let your friend play on your account, and no one forced you to do so, so it's arguable that it is indeed your fault. Also, letting others play on your account is a violation of the ToU and will also result in punishment, so it's unlikely that Riot will give you your account back. I mean, you can try, but it's unlikely.

well, you can also be ban for sharing an account, so either way you are admitting that you should be.
