How about 1 day bans?
How about you, Riot, introduce 1 day bans for toxicity/trolling players, lets say:
A player is toxic/trolling and gets 5 reports(not from 1 match) from teamates/enemy players and you ban his account for 24h.

I mean it doesn't seem productive to me at least. You are just giving them more chances to mess up games. I would rather them be caught and punished accordingly. I mean by your example alone they are basically getting a free pass with a minimal of 5 games (not counting games they play and aren't reported) to just mess with people. Plus 24 hours is nothing to most people so how would that teach them a lesson!
I think 14-day ban for the first instance of trolling/intentionally feeding is fine.
And chat behavioral bans already go through two chat restrictions (typically) before reaching the 14-day ban.
Reports themselves do not (and should not) determine a ban, since there's always the chance of report abuse. Reports should only flag an account for review.
