Account banned, but never ran into any behavioral problems?

My account out of no where was permanently banned a few days ago and I don't know why! I have never received any disciplinary action from riot or anyone from league of legends! I also didn't get an email from riot on why I was banned, what is going on? I also posted a ticket and no one has responded to it. I feel so left in the dark, can anyone help me please?
