When you ban a champ.
This is the joys of low elo for banning a champ that they wanted to play he didn't have it selected, what am I to do?

I think you're supposed to cover names. I won't read the chat log.
Anyway if you ban a champ and they didn't have it selected then it's too bad for them and if they're upset then they can cry alone. It was bad luck.
