In order to get a permaban you normally have to go through the punishment tiers (10-game chat restriction, 25-game cr, 2-week ban, permaban (normal); 2-week+perma (extreme)) without showing significant enough improvement in behavior. Spending money doesn't magically make you immune to the rules or the consequences of breaking those rules. If you would like to discuss your ban then please post your entire unedited Reform Card (which you'll see when you attempt to log into the game) here in this thread. Just note though that unless the ban was done in error (error on Riot's part I mean) they are never undone.
