Whats up. I have been permanently banned. I have never been banned before and typically have very good behavior.
I am bipolar and I said some really mean things while undergoing a manic rage.
Can I ever get the ban removed? Ever?

Just as an FYI, there is a new punishment system that increases over time. Punishments go as follows:
10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban Permaban
If I may ask, what were you banned for? On the e-mail you got there should be a date with something like "UTC XXXX", if you can tell us the UTC number we may be able to give some insight.
Sorry to hear but no, this account is most probably gone. You can submit a ticket and talk to support but it doesn't sound like something they would pardon, medical history or not.
Yell at the screen not the players, all I can say.
