Whats up. I have been permanently banned. I have never been banned before and typically have very good behavior.
I am bipolar and I said some really mean things while undergoing a manic rage.
Can I ever get the ban removed? Ever?
How do I appeal?

Just as an FYI, there is a new punishment system that increases over time. Punishments go as follows:
10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban Permaban
If I may ask, what were you banned for? On the e-mail you got there should be a date with something like "UTC XXXX", if you can tell us the UTC number we may be able to give some insight.
Skadeglädje2 votesSorry to hear but no, this account is most probably gone. You can submit a ticket and talk to support but it doesn't sound like something they would pardon, medical history or not.

Skadeglädje2 votesWell, as you can see I don't work for Riot. I'm just sharing what I've gathered from these board (including posts by Lyte and friends).
The fact that you went from a good account standing to instant permanent ban indicates that you said some pretty bad things. You haven't posted the logs (which is cool, that's your call) so we can't give any feedback. But you seem to agree that you went way over the line.
One "bad" game wouldn't result in a permaban. One "B A D" game, however, can.

I tend to think I'm Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore yelling at the Ball to go in the hole... cause I think that's about the equivalent of how mad I get when I realize that 4 people just left me, their adc, to get 3v1'd because they chased two people who can kite into the enemy jungle.... or that moment when you get hooked by blitz after dodging 30 f@cking grabs and it's instant death... I guess you get the picture.
