Leaving games.

Why is it so easy to just leave a game and then don't get punished for it? So many games people just leave out of pure rage because they fed their own lane or somebody else fed their lane... Riot should really figure out a better system with harder punishment for leaving a game and espacially if it is in a ranked game.

Sorry for my messy text but i'm really upset over the banning system and how poorly it works.

EDIT* If you leave or get disconnected you should be needed to play 1-5 normal games/any other gamemode except ranked without leaving or disconnect.
