I am writing this email to you guys to talk about my permanent ban on my league of legends account. First of all this is ridiculous to give someone a permanent ban from their account which they have put the time and effort into this account and don’t forget the about of money I have put in this game and all this for being ‘toxic’ you guys have to be kidding me. The whole league of Legends community is ‘toxic’ I am sick and tired of this system you guys have placed. For example if I am playing in a normal solo game and I playing against a premade team and I get into an argument with one of their team mates so when the game ends the 5 man premade team report me, against my one report against there premade player and couple minuets later I am the one getting banned for something not that serious and nothing happening to the other player. 2nd thing there is no such thing as a ‘toxic free communitee’ there is not a single perfect gaming communitee out there .Most of us player are young teenagers and young adults. That means a lot of hormones going around as well, it is impossible to control a massive gaming a communitee from being toxic. 3rd and final point is that every person I see, every human, every soul I see and everywhere I go I will tell people to stay away from league of Legends because its not worth your time, effort and money because one day you can have your account and the next it could be gone in a instant and I swear on my life that I will keep this promise. I will not stop till my account is unbanned and I will change the way you guys operate and the way you guys communitee with your customers. You guys nothing but money driven and money hungry people, what ever happened to the honest and hard working man/women. This is not fair to me and to the other players who have had their account permanently banned. All this makes you guys look like is a money hungry organisation, you guys already make soooo much profit from just skins in your game. You guys are a billion dollar company and yet you guys can’t un-ban one account. This is the world we live in in now.

The system doesn't care about the number of reports. It literally checks a TRUE/FALSE statement for the question "was this player reported one or more times."

2nd thing there is no such thing as a "toxic free community" there is not a single perfect gaming community out there.

While true, this isn't a reason to give up and surrender to toxicity. There's no such thing as a crime free community either, but we still have laws.

You guys nothing but money driven and money hungry people, what ever happened to the honest and hard working man/women.

Banning players tends to reduce profits, not increase them. Contrary to popular belief a good portion of banned players either don't return or decide never to spend money again if they do return. Riot has INTENTIONALLY take this small loss in favor of building a better community. They're also very honest about it -- every time you agree to the Terms & Conditions the bit about money and how you lose access to content if banned is there, very plainly.

Your going to be an extremely unpopular person if every convo with you goes like this.

Cashier: hello sir how are you doing. You: DO NOT PLAY LEAUGE Cashier: ummm okay You: IT SUCKS AND THEY WILL PERMA BAN YOU.. Cashier: sir if you could stop yelli... You: I HOPE RIOT DIES IN A FIRE.

For that reason i would recommand not telling everyone you meet to not play leauge.

Or do so what do i care it's your life.

You think that putting money in the game will make you ban protected? How about not being toxic? Im sure, you got bans before and you still you havent changed, well, your fault.
