I empathize with you for the loss of your account, but unfortunately, punishments aren't reversed unless they were given in error. The amount of money that you spent on the account doesn't give you a free pass to create a negative environment for the people you play with, and it certainly isn't taken into consideration for whether a player is given a punishment or not. The previous punishments that you were given - 10-game chat restriction, 25-game chat restriction, and 2 week suspension - were warnings that your account was on the path to being permanently suspended, and this is where you would have reformed and not after the permanent suspension was given.
But look, you can still enjoy the game, grow and be a better player, and stay connected with your friends by creating a new account and treating players with respect moving forward. I understand that it's no easy task, but it's something you can definitely work towards and also something that will positively manifest itself within your daily life. With whatever you choose, I wish you the best.
There are currently only 2 options for you; leave the game or start a new account.
Based on the current policies, there is no revert on permabanned accounts. Who knows what the future will hold.
