Where can I appeal if i have been perma banned?

I was perma banned about a weak ago for toxic behavior. This is not me begging for my account back but I'm just wondering where i can appeal for it. I suffer with intermittent explosive disorder which is a type of anger issues that courses me to loose my cool and can make me very toxic in chat. I want to appeal my ban and request a perma mute to help stop this. Is there any place i can do this? Thanks! c:

End of the month, once a year.

Permanent Ban appeals are personally reviewed by the CEO of RIOT on February 30th, so you're lucky that we're so close!

You can't. There aren't any appeals, and there aren't permanent mutes. You either stop being toxic in chat or you get banned. You didn't stop, so you got banned.

The only way bans are overturned is if it was a mistake on Riot's part. In those cases, you'd make a support ticket - https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

I just feel that's it's very unfair due to my Anger issues. And the fact that i spent over $250 on the account.

Sorry to hear about your anger issues, hope you are getting the medicine / therapy you need.

On topic, you could try to open a support ticket but it would be very un likely that the ban gets over turned, so don't get your hopes up.

The amount of $ spent on an account is also irrelevant to the situation.

Anger issues or no, you still said whatever it was that you said to get you that perma ban. While you may feel you had minimal or zero control over your actions, those actions still affected 4 other people on your team and potentially the 5 on the enemy team as well.

I dont mean to be disrespectful, but If you legitimately have anger issues then perhaps competitive online games are something you should avoid until you have your anger better controlled.

If you insist on making a new account, i highly recommend muting everyone the instant the match begins and not saying a single word in game yourself.

Make three new accounts. Buy skins for all of them. If any of them get banned make three new accounts.

This guy is Riot/Tencent's ideal customer according to their business model.

You don't.

Sure, if you actually have some sort of disorder, which I doubt, then yeah, you might have anger management problems. But. You're expected to keep it out of chat. Why should other players have to deal with your toxicity whether or not it's from some sort of disorder? If anything, you should have gotten help with your anger problems in the first place, whether it be via medicine/therapy/etc, before it got to a point like this. Long story short, the appeal isn't going to work.
