Ranked trolls

Im currently ranked in bronze 5. im not saying i should be in Challenger, But there seems to be a real problem with Trolls and toxic players. Playing ranked should be fun and a challenge. But with alot of players if they dont get the roll they want they just troll for example a support taking all the adc's cs. seems like ill win 5 games in a row then i get stuck with trolls for the same amount no matter how good you are there is no winning they purposely throw the game. I think there should be an option in the lobby you can click where if 3 of the 5 players say a kid is trolling he should be kicked out of lobby before the game starts.and possibly if he gets kicked out a couple times in a time period he cant play ranked for a number of days. it seems like players like myself that try and love the game shouldnt have to waste 30-60 minutes playing a non winnable game. i cant tell you how many times i join a lobby and before champ select you have a guy saying mid or ill troll. often someone will give in and give them the roll and they end up trolling anyway. Am i the only one that seems to get in lobbies constantly with people that dont care to win in ranked and throw games to make everyone mad?
