Hello! Today me and my friend was playing Duo ranked. We both are in promo. I am in promos to B1 and my friend to Silver V (No hate pls). We get a gangplank adc that starts to troll once we are ingame. He says "You Low Elo Players Dont Deserve To Climb". Is there anything i can do like send a replay of the game and get a riot employé to check the chat logs of the game. Please help me find a way to get this guy banned cause the report system working status seems to be at 0.
You report him after the game, forget about it since you probably will never ever see him again whether he is banned or not and get on with your life

As this forum alone indicates, the report system definitely works. Your report has been logged, and, if the player in question is commonly toxic, it will catch up to him sooner or later, with your report being part of the backlog that gets him punished.
If you want some peace of mid send a ticket in to Riot support with screenshots or whatnot.
the reporting system does work, it just does a horrible job in letting you know that it did something.
Currently, you'll only get a notification if the game you reported the person in was that game that got them punished. If they got punished later down the road, you'll never get to know.
Riot is aware of this problem, but they have to do some ground work first by completing the new client. When they do start working on the system's visibility, hopefully we can get something like this.
