Will I get banned?
Recently my friend used my computer (not account) to play lol and got banned. If I play lol on this computer will I get banned too?

No. Punishment are account-specific. Otherwise every Cyber Cafe in the world would be in big trouble when it comes to League. :)
Something nobody mentioned is if the ban was for using illegal modifications; if those are still in the client, anyone that uses that client will be at risk of being banned for using the illegal mod, so you would need to remove them or preferably do a clean reinstall first.
Very unlikely. They have algorithms that compare behaviorism even. So they can tell you two apart just from playstyle.
no Unless he got IP Banned, but that is hard to do unless you get multiple bans on the same ip address
