What's kept?

Hi! I was very curious about what information is stored and for how long when it comes to ingame reports.

• Are they all kept on a "profile" forever?
• Do they ever disappear?
• If they don't, do certain types of reports disappear after a certain amount of time of not being reported or punished?
• Do reports influence certain things such as admittance to the PBE and so forth or no?
• Is there a way to get these past reports expunged from your account if they don't fade away?
