Can someone please explain this to me? I randomly got a 2-week suspension for toxicity when i have been behaving perfectly for my recent games. It said i was being sent an email but i haven't received anything. Riot?

First, if you haven't already, make sure that you are checking the e-mail associated with the account, and check the spam folder as well. If doing this still yields no e-mail from Riot, then you will need to submit a support ticket to get more information regarding your ban.
and if you find the chatlogs at some point feel free to post them so we can see how innocent you were ;)
I would check my match history. If you think you were falsely reported for being toxic, you can check your match history and see if your account got hacked. You can check it on the website by clicking the little down arrow next to your profile thing in the top right corner. Find any games you don't recognize, change your password and report it to Riot immediately. I've seen cases before where something similar happened, people being banned for toxicity and then checking their match history only to find games they didn't remember playing. Riot will usually lift the ban.
