Perm banned and i don't know why :(

Hi guys I'm a fellow league of legends player as you guys. Just a few days ago I tried to log in to league of legends and I find out I have gotten banned. They didn't give me a pop up message or sent me a email for what reason I got banned so I sent in a support ticket. Apparently I've been banned for using scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. I might have gotten D5 in flex queue but I'm S5 in solo queue. It should be clear if you look at my kda and my match history that I don't use any type of cheats. At this point I was very confused of why I got banned so I sent in another ticket saying that I never hacked or cheated in this game in my life. They transferred me to Player Behavior team because they are experts in this matter. I get a reply a few days later and apparently I was using exploits. Now I'm really confused because I don't even know the difference between hacks and exploits... I've never used any program that helps me in league in anyway. They also put that I could be banned for account sharing so I replied back keeping my stance on not hacking or exploiting and also that I went to a pc cafe a few days ago if that made it looked like I was account sharing. The next reply says that they don't ban for no reason and they know that its frustrating that i got my account permanently suspended and they can't do anything to help me. At this point I'm even more confused.. they can't tell me what I did so I can't prove my self right. I kept replying to them saying I just wanted to know what I did wrong that got me banned so at least I know myself if the ban was justified or not. In the end the riot staffer just kept avoiding the question saying they can't tell me because it's their method of doing things and that they can't help me anymore.... Very frustrating how they ban me for something but they won't tell me what i got banned for...

the fact of the matter man your not gonna get help the support team at riot are copy pasta masters that just send you a generic message and never tell you what is wrong

you may have been:

  • scripting
  • using custom mods that give you an edge in game (e.g.MKLoL gave jungle timers)
  • logged in from a PC that had an unathorized program on it (you don't have to had used it, it just had to be there)
  • you let someone else use your account that had access to scripts (ELO boosting)

Some programs have hidden features that you don't know and never used, but they still count towards being detected of the use of unathorized 3rd party program usage.

Same thing happened to me a couole days ago. They said I was using exploits specifically but I've never used any such thing or any third-party programs in general. Have been trying to get a rioters help on the matter. Support was absolutely no help, they told me the same thing they told you it seems.

I don't know how I can help, maybe create a more "clickbaity" post for a Rioter to comment, something like (this post is likely to be buried because of title).

"Got banned for playing in Net Café without willingly use any hack", and link to this original post and explain your situation. Ask for a manual review of your case etc. If you have game replays that would be even better.

Open a support ticket, if no reform card or email was sent to you

If possible I'd like to get unbanned... If there is anyway for me to do so hopefully a riot staff tells me.

To be clear you logged onto league of legends on a machine you did not have full rights to? That machine very easily could of had 3rd party software you were not aware of? You signed onto a machine that had 3rd party scripts you were flagged, and punished for it Possible situation

Ok I don't think I've been banned for scripting or hacking but exploits because that's what the staff members pointed out in one of their replies. Also I don't know what kind of exploits I used.
