2 week suspension with no warnings/chat restrictions

I just received a 2 week suspension for "toxic behavior". I have never been warned, or had any chat restrictions, or suspensions on this account. What was shown to me in the chat logs for my "toxic behavior seemed to be on 2 games I had last night. I used foul language, but it was never towards an teammate or an enemy. Sure, i might have said "FUCK I FAILED" etc, but i didn't think that was a suspension worthy cause. There is a language filter in the game for a reason. I understand there was no need for it, just got a little intense. The only possible true toxic messages i sent was "Vlad u lucky f..." and didnt say anything after that to continue to flame or anything. I am just confused why i was punished so harsh for 2 games i was a little irritated, but never really "flamed" or was toxic, especially to receive a 2 week suspension versus a chat restriction warning, or even a few days ban.

Oh and forgot to mention, I got honor level 3 a few days ago, very very rarely have i been "toxic" but nothing extreme on this account. And now i will lose honor 3 because of this harsh punishment that I didn't think was deserved, but I am sure you guys have a side to it, but hopefully you see my side of it, and look at the logs to prove I wasnt toxic to anyone specific, but just using foul language a few times.

Would love if riot can shed some light on this, really appreciate it.

Can you post your chat logs? The only things that tend to get an immediate 14-day ban are hate speech, encouragements to self harm, or especially intense toxicity. It would help us if we can see if those are present or not.

You should post your logs. My guess is that you've used hate language or told someone to "kys."

Escalated suspensions like the one you've described often involve hate speech or other forms of extreme toxicity. If that's not present in your logs, you should submit a support ticket.

You can also share your logs and I could look at them aand explain whether or not a punishment was warranted.

When i said "this f vlad has 4 pots" i said that in team chat, about the enemy vlad. Just frustation about a vlad having 4 pots haha. I understand the language isnt necessary but it was not a flame.

Yes i said "nami stfu" and "yi that was retarded" but i didnt continue to flame. I just dont see how this led to a 2 wk suspension vs a warning.
