Is it FUN or Toxic

So this just happened to me a little while ago I got into a game with some friends there are 3 of us so we are matched with 2 randoms what are also in a part together my friends are Top Cho'Gath and Mid Azir, I am jung Wukong, and the 2 randoms are Jinx and Lux in the bot the game starts and everything is normal I do a clear gank top get first blood so good start. Then down in bot Jinx dies, ok it happens so I plan a rout down bot after my first back get down there and try and find a flank I get behind the enemy and find Shaco so I jump on him get him extremely low and jinx is able to finish him with spash from her rocket when she gets the MF as well so my job done lane reset and Jinx even has some kills to get ahead, reason I am telling how the game started is so that you can get into my state of mind on how the game was going at the start before this happened. I was not paying that much attention to peoples builds I normally dont I figure build what you want AP AD TANK if you can justify it go for it just norms anyway just dont try and lose so the game goes on and Jinx is not doing so well she keeps dying and is never in a position were i can come in to clean up some kills so she could at least try and get some gold for it. the Lux is not doing so bad thou in fact she was basically 1v2 in the bot lane and getting kills without dying to much so finally after Jinx 9th death I start watching her a little (note I have still not yet looked at her farm or what she is building) while I was taking a buff I noticed watched as she walked up to a completely fed MF in the middle of a large minion wave and start auto-attacking her doing no damage making it her 10th death so I ask her to plz calm down a little so that she wont be feeding this or worse the Zed anymore then she has. All she responds with is "Noone tells me what to do" it is at this point I look at her items she has 6 Daggers and 63 farm and everything goes down from there. she gets into it with my mid lane when he asks her what she is doing with just Daggers and she just says "I am trying to see how much attack speed I can get" then she sells them and buys 6 Dorens Shields at this point she has my friends going and me agitated because they wont calm down the game ends up being fairly close despite that it was a 4v5 and that my team was put on tilt by our team mate. I just tell my friends to calm down and that we can report her after the game and thus she didnt like that when we asked the enemy team to do that as well for her toxic behavior and feeding after the game she was going on about how she did nothing that deserved a report and us reporting her was a reportable offense now this was not the first time I had reported someone for being toxic for feeding intentionally and i get messages from when they are banned so I just tell her have fun with your new account because behavior like this is very easily banable and so she goes on and I let her go on about how she did nothing wrong and that she was not Toxic and that is was just her having Fun. So here is the thing the last thing she said me me was I screened shot this because if anything happens to my account I will have prof. all that was going threw my head was prof of what on how toxic you are? So that is it I end the game like 17/6 and she ends the game like 2/16 so who think that she is Toxic? and who thinks that its ok and just FUN?
