Being trapped in a game

Riot can we find a way to get out of a game if someone is intentionally feeding. Just got stuck in a 30 minute game where one person called top and someone else went top. The first person was Warwick and he decided to just feed the entire game. So after waiting the 20 minutes to surrender (should be 10-15 minutes) we try to ft and we aren't able to because the other person who decided to go top lane, Riven, didn't vote to surrender. So then we just have to play it out till the enemy ends the game whenever they want to. Usually when this happens people on the other team just keep killing everyone to rack up kills. Please can we find a way to be able to get out of games like this. Like if someone has died 10 times in 10 minutes make a thing like /remake but make it be /feeder and have it say is there a feeder on your team. If 3 people say yes he. The game ends and is remade.
