Unjust Two-Week Ban

I've been permabanned in the past, because I was very rude and flamed my team at every wrong turn; even my own wrong turns. While I have my own opinions about what should and should not be worth of someone getting banned from a game that they spent hundreds of hours working up, I still understand that this isn't my game, it's Riot's. However, I have since reformed my behavior and have been much more vigilant about what I deem worthy to type in chat and how Riot will react to it when considering whether it is worthy of a ban.

  I just received a Two-Week ban from Riot out of nowhere, with no clear warnings that my account was working toward a punishment. The "Warnings" that you get after being reported ONLY MEAN THAT YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED, per Riot's word, so that is NOT a clear indication that I have actually violated ToS/Summoner's Code, it only means that I was reported and since I never received ANY punishment (no chat restriction or anything), I was completely oblivious to the fact that my current behavior, while being MUCH better than my previous behavior, was still not in line with Riot(Lyte)'s views. Now I'm not here to be all bark and no bite, so here are the chat logs that were used to justify my current two-week ban (all 3, I'm not skimping you our Riot(Lyte)):

You can see that my behavior isn't perfect (I'm an asshole), BUT it's a huge improvement to what I would have said 6 months ago, and this is bad even compared to my current typical behavior; and once again, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A WARNING THAT THIS BEHAVIOR IS ACTUALLY BANNABLE, so I thought this language my be the "Line" that Riot draws when actually punishing players. However, this game brings up a very interesting point. This mid Ahri that I was upset with was "Intentionally Feeding" AS DEFINED BY RIOT, in this game. So naturally, I was pissed off because she is wasting everyone's time and everyone's opportunity to actually get better at the game. And how do I know that she's trolling? Well, go check the match history (http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2039480806/229782576?tab=overview) and see that she built 6 TIER-2 BOOTS DURING THE GAME. You can check the times at which her items were bought, and see that she didn't buy them at the end as we lost, she built them up across the span of the game and went 0/15/1 on purpose.

In Game 2, I told Yasuo to "off himself". That. Is. Bad. I understand that. I was upset, and I went WAY over the line insulting him. But ONCE AGAIN, I did NOT receive any warning from Riot that my account was being pushed toward punishment, and while I understand that saying that is not a good thing, I have been under the impression that as long as I don't use swear words (which I did when I said "I can't beleive you fucking bit me during my flip", and ironically I was the typical flaming Riven that game. Shocker.), I will not be validly reported (though this I can actually understand because I told a guy to off himself..that's bad. But that's the only instance in this whole accounts existence that I've stepped over what I THOUGHT was the line of "Punishable" by Riot, and I was deserving of a chat-restriction for that to show me that my account is being jeopardized by my behavior).

You seem to be pretty much aware of where you went wrong... maybe you'd do better if you tried to just improve your behaviour for the sake of improving your behaviour, rather than trying to find out what is in line according to Riot. Don't wait for a warning before you improve your behaviour; Keep improving and make sure you don't even get warnings.

Edit: Regarding the 3rd game; it's rather tame, but the system tries to find recent examples, iirc. So this was probably just thrown in there because it's negative (even if not very) and happened very recently. There are other cases where one example was a bit weird, I wouldn't think too much of it. The whole reason why you get sent multiple logs is to avoid situations where the only chatlog you're provided isn't actually helpful, so in that sense: not necessarily working as intended, but working as expected.

the people riot look to, too report other people are crap usually trolls, ragers, and much worst flamer then you. these people dont usually even understand they are playing league of legends a team game they think "this is a game centered around me" when it is not and they will not only report you they will speak your name like as if you where the devil him self

First off, Game 1 and 2 are justly enough of a permaban (in my opinion) and if anything your previous permaban should have been enough warning to change your attitude drastically. I dont think this is an unjust ban. seems pretty justified to me. Also note that the report could be delayed. so why the report might have came in your last match, it could have been for the one previous. Also your ban is for overall, its never just one game that made it a ban. its your continuous negative attitude, and toxic behavior that got you ban.

The actions of others are never an acceptable excuse for your actions.

Swear words are not actually considered toxic or punishable in-and-of themselves. It's just as possible to use them in a positive way ("Holy fuck, that shit was awesome!") as it is to use them in a negative way ("Shut the fuck up, you stupid piece of shit!"). The swear words themselves don't make the statement positive or negative - they simply enhance what is already there.

However, death threats and hate speech (along with other comments of similar magnitude, such as suggesting that a player kill themselves) are not only considered punishable, but are considered so heinous as to warrant an escalation in punishment.

Insulting, belittling, and badgering other players is not acceptable. Since that's what you're doing in about half of those lines, I don't think it's particularly important how many of them there are.

Game 1, I didn't have to look very hard beyond the first couple lines. You already are calling your team feeders and telling them to leave. I'm astonished your previous behavior could have been worse.

Yeah, I know that the ban didn't come from one game, that's why I posted multiple chat logs. Also, I have changed my attitude drastically since my previous account, that's why I was a little confused at this punishment (Understand that compared to my last account, these games are NOTHING in comparison to the level of toxicity on it). I'm not saying I misunderstand what is nice and what is not, but I have NOT been conditioned to believe that using the internet necessitates good-guy conduct. Thank you for your input though.
