a new punishing system for ranked and normal

basically just punish them by playing 10 games bot with instead of getting someone else a chat ban cause 3 promenades is trolling and laughing at him , u basically making bullies have fun since they are promenades and plz double the LP lost if ur premading cause its that same problem with promenades bot with ur new 2 champions......i know you dont care and wont care u like get ppl chat banned cause he said to someone in a one game and in that game entirely ( to go afk and dont pick that role again) instead of monitoring him and give him a warning if he is trolling,nah you leave him feed and troll and say he will drop while saying u should carry him....having a gold streamer playing in plat and trolling for view is rly annoying dont u think and after u lose he with out any regret, i think in ur company if someone fails doin his job and doesn't go up to kpi u give him a warning if he keep that performance he is fired use that same logic in match making
