Wouldn't you get in trouble for stealing the money regardless? Unless you intended to refund the skin? But they could still see the charge on their statement. I don't understand your anger here, it seems like you brought this situation onto yourself.
Riot doesn't ban someone for feeding based on one bad game. I would certainly be banned if that was the case. You must have a history of reports.
