We need a way to report bots on the LoL client.

I recently got a message from a level two summoner that said "Hey. I was the person that carried earlier. I was boosting. I thought you might be interested since its cheap atm . I removed him from my friends list and added him back he instantly accepted it and said again "Hey. I was the person that carried earlier. I was boosting. I thought you might be interested since its cheap atm . It was getting annoying so i was looking for a way to report him for being a bot and i couldnt find it anywhere. Please Riot add this on. Thank You for your time. :D
