What happened was I was trying to change my HUD to a challenger HUD... like streamers did.... and what I didn't know is that they had a pic from Google....and I changed my settings and stuff and it didn't work so I Gave up! And... a few seconds later I was permanently banned... Please help me! I didn't know!

They should have given you a reform card, if you post that we can possibly help you further. The date until you are unbanned is important.
Do you mean HUD? In your post you put "hug"
My guess is you were trying to change something in the code of LOL. You were caught doing so and that got you banned. I can't say for sure, especially since we don't have a reform card up. I kinda wanted to do the Sneaky/Meteos voice pack but I was afraid something like this would happen to me.
Streamers usually have an overlay, what you see on your screen is not what they see.

I mean't hud... it said i was banned for modding the game
Anything that directly alters the client code will get you banned. Although you deserve to be banned for that part I would try and explain to support that you weren't using a cheat just trying to alter the HUD, and they may reduce the ban to a 2 week.
Also streamers don't actually alter the game code to change their HUDs they use a different overlay with OBS.

Are you sure thats actually what you were banned for? What does it say when you try to log in and in the email you should have gotten?
