I just got banned 2 weeks for that,after i was nice to the guy,trying to get him to be nice,i even offered him RP to be nice,guy flamed me like he was crazy no kidding,but I emailed Riot about it,and they stated next time was permanent.The guy was so verbally abusive i was literally shaking at the end of the match.Spent 1210.00 usd on this game,and for trolls like the two i encountered to treat another human being like that duo did,should be punishable by law.Yet here i am wasting my time complaining about Riiot's policy and how two wrongs dont make a right,well guess what,the system is horrible,and maybe you should pay closer attention to aggressors rather then people defending themselves,rather then banning people for such trivial incidents! The two players in game a shaco and teemo, I was jungle and they were a bot lane duo,normal game,unranked,they said never come bottom again.They called me trash,they told me F U multiple times,they told me to kill myself,they told me so many profanities i am not even going to repeat them. They made fun of me,they intentionally fed,they raged the entire team,yet i carried and we won.Then i q up immediately after,and there is the same duo in my next match,who both reported me again,thats why there are only two games listed in my chat history,because those two players reported me four times! I wish to god i could reveal what those two players said to me in those two matches,i would post it in a heartbeat,but unfortunately Riot only provides the reason their ''SYSTEM''states you are reported,not the cause of it or who reported you. And this is what their customer support specialist HANA said:

League can definitely be frustrating at times and I get that every interaction can't be great when you're dealing with negativity in the game. However, when you respond to that negativity with more negativity, it still ruins the match for everyone else as it take away the focus from the match. You can't control other player's action but you can definitely control what you do. If you use mute and avoid engaging in the situation, your game will be less rage inducing and the negative experience won't follow you after the match.
I'm not trying to lecture you on the subject but this is a really serious warning and I want to make sure that you understand the situation moving forward from this punishment. It is a final warning before a permanent ban is issued.
I want to encourage you to take this break to reflect and find ways to help you relax so you can put them into practice when you come back. Limiting yourself to not using the chat at all (dragging the chat and muting), and then slowly allow yourself to type small, constructive comments. That way, you can ease yourself back to the game with a better mindset.''
SO not only did they instruct me that i needed a break from their game,but they also full warned me that any further negative action on my part will result in a PERMA BAN! Love league,but cannot stand some of the community nor the way Riot is beginning to handle things in this manner,i feel honestly neglected and subjected to mistreatment by a company.
